When thoughts relating to the course arise, type them up on Blogger. Just type the stream of consciousness. Later I should re-read and edit (my instinct says that I will discover where I've gone off on tangents, not completed thoughts and also where I've since had further realisations).
Analyse, deconstruct and synthesise my initial thoughts.
If themes or content develop appropriately, they may become suitable to tutorials.
When that happens, open a new subsection on the wiki page.
A good way to trial this is with the Rich Questioning topic. That could be a first tutorial exercise.
